Auction Process

Listed on the Auction Page are the pieces of original art work up for auction this year. To get a closer view of a painting - click on the thumbnail of the painting and it will take you to the ART PAGE with a larger image of the painting and listed information such as mediums used - substrates used - size - etc. Also listed is a framing option which can be chosen after close of the auction. Auction prices do not include framing.

Our auction is LIVE and will be monitored the entirety of the auction.

SUBMITTING YOUR BID is easy. All bids must be in 10.00* increments. (Ex. the last bid on a piece is 200.00. Your bid must be 210.00 dollars) On the ART PAGE of a each individual painting - you will find a 'SUBMITT BID' button. Selecting this button will open an email screen so you can send us your BID..

On the Subject line - Enter the name of the painting. In the body of the email you will send to us - Enter your Name/and Contact Number - the Title of the Painting - and most importantly, your CURRENT BID. *

Submit your email to us.

We will post your last name and your current bid on the ART PAGE. If you are outbid - will will send you an email or a text message - which ever you prefer - informing you of the current bid. if you would like to increase your bid - simply email us again and since we have your email address and have matched it with your name - all we need is the bid amount. No additional infomation is needed. As the auction progresses we will keep everyone posted on the status of each bid for each painting by listing live info on each ART PAGE.. In addition - there are NO reserves on these auctions. Really!

Auction Purchase Process and Options

Once the auction has closed - all winners will recieve an email announcing them as highest bidder and therefore the winner of the auction. (Payment is due at end of auction) Auction winners will also be listed on the Art Page for the particular piece of artwork. Your email will give you the total due for your winning auction along with the approximate cost of shipping which is 3 day priority unless otherwise noted. All artwork is shipped in flat or tube form - which ever we feel appropriate for the individual piece of art. In all - shipping should average an additional 19.50 unless customer is out of country. For International customers - we will contact you with your shipping costs.

We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover through our merchant account.

We can facilitate Bank to Bank wire transfers as well.

(sorry - no checks, Money Orders, or Cashier's Checks accepted - may we suggest Money Gram instead.

FRAMING AVAILABLE

Our auction prices DO NOT include framing. We do post our idea of a framing option on the ART PAGE for each painting. This simply gives you an idea of what the artwork will look like framed and to give you an idea of framing that works with the particular art piece. Eli's Gallery will be happy to frame your new painting. After close of the auction, you can contact us should you require framing for your new Eli Original. We have many options in different styles, and price points. Simply let us know what you are envisioning for your framing and we will email you several options with the artwork displayed within them. Once you select a framing option - you will be invoiced and your painting will be framed and sent to you in professional packaging. (Please allow an additional 2 weeks for your painting to be shipped if framing is chosen.
